When you instruct us to sell, we will prepare a detailed brochure with high quality internal and external photographs, a 3D floor plan and a virtual video tour.
The property will be advertised on www.wildandgriffiths.co.uk, Rightmove, OnTheMarket.com and Social Media allowing the widest possible exposure to serious purchasers.
We will match your property to applicants from our database which are actively looking for property. We frequently sell from this source, often before the board has gone up.
Viewings will be organised at the earliest opportunity and we will contact you with feedback. We do accompanied viewings where required and are available in the evenings and weekends as well as during normal office hours. We will not miss an opportunity to arrange a viewing on your property.
When there is an offer, we will qualify the applicant’s ability to proceed and check their chain. When the sale is agreed, we will monitor the progress weekly and keep you informed at all stages in the process up to completion.
